You can schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments online.
Session Spacing
For most people it is ideal to space sessions one week apart. Each session builds upon the work done in the last session so you should schedule sessions close enough together that you feel a sense of continuity.
What to Wear
- Most clients wear just their underwear during sessions.
- If you prefer to wear more clothes, loose fitting clothing is recommended.
- Examples of ideal clothing include running shorts, tank top, camisole.
- Examples of clothes that can be difficult to work around or through include yoga pants, t-shirts, and sports bras that cover the neck and spine.
Health History and Client Intake
At the beginning of your first session we will discuss your health history and your health goals. This usually takes 5-15 minutes.
